Privacy & your email
Last updated September 12, 2026.
Foxx Heritage Chili Co. collects your email address, optional first name and ZIP code, signup source, and the time and version of your email consent when you join the first-batch list.
What we use it for
We use your information for seasoning launch news and local appearance announcements, and your optional ZIP to understand where customers are interested. Joining is not an order or a payment. Your consent covers chili news only, not unrelated apps.
Where it goes
Our website hosting and database provider (Cloudflare) process the information needed to run this site. We do not sell the list. Any email service used to send future updates will receive only the information needed to deliver them. Hosting providers may process technical request logs for security and operation. To limit automated signups, we keep short-lived hashed request identifiers and counters for up to ten minutes, cleared on a subsequent signup request. We do not store raw IP addresses in these counters.
Your choices
First name and ZIP are optional. Save the private signup-management link shown after a new registration to remove your signup. Every marketing email we send will also include an unsubscribe option. The management link is private: anyone holding it can remove that signup.
We keep your signup while the launch list is active, until you unsubscribe, or until the list is retired. Removal deletes your active signup record; provider backups may retain it for their normal backup period.
Cookies and tracking
This page adds no advertising analytics or marketing cookies. Our hosting provider may use essential cookies for access and security.
